The application of the scientific to the practical by way of learning through sharing; with the ultimate goal of better care & prevention of adolescent athletic injuries.
Joe, on a positive note we had a short quality workout with no distractions. In our case no LAX on the field. Third PT session for my hip and my therapist continues to impress. I picked up three or four new items (actually variations on things we do in Blue Devil Country: Plank jumping jacks and sumo squats) This old dog continues to learn new things. Martin
Joe, my therapist is terrific-she also demonstrates everything. I think for the future I need to figure out a way to make it an annual or semi-annual event. The lesson learned is so simple but difficult to follow: When you are in pain, you do what needs to be done, when it's gone it's a crap shoot. I wish I had learned a lot of this in my 40s-youth is definitely wasted on the 40-somethngs. Martin

You go Jack.
Sounds like your PT could be on the functional path.

Well Said coach, constant fine tuning with remedial work. And the older you get, the more important it becomes.
