A. The S&C Journal is running out of things to write about.
B. These guys pulled off a great practical joke.
C. Like many orthopedic surgeons I have worked with, their's are also hell bent on quad hypertrophy and, well, it's the end of the school year, and these poor guys just lost it.

i can just imagine a personal trainer at a gym somewhere tying off a guys' leg so he can do some heavy leg extensions and make those quads really GROW!

Franco Columbo in the 1970s blew out his knee carrying a 500 pound fridge. As strong as he was that should have never happened!!
(I can't find a picture of the incident but it use to be in Arnolds book also from the 70s)
